Rathtrevor Beach Spring

Spring at Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park brings some amazing learning opportunities for your class. Then, in May and June, come out to the park to test your skills as a mammal athlete against the champions of the ocean in “Marine Mammal Olympics”, learn how to tell an insect from other crawling critters in “Incredible Insects”, or “get lost” and find out the life saving benefits of orange garbage bags in “Wilderness Smarts”.  We have something fun to fit in with any class’s curriculum!  Be sure to also check out the spring programs we offer in other mid-island locations such as Newcastle Island and Horne Lake Regional Park

These 1-1.5 hour programs are offered from June 1st to June 28th , 2011.  There is no government funding for these programs so these programs are $3.00 per student + HST. All of the money goes directly toward funding these programs and ensuring we are able to continue offering these important environmental education opportunities in the future, click here for more details
